  • Printing partners : solely for printing your memory books
  • Cloud storage platforms: such as Google Drive, for securely storing media files during the creation process

Your data is stored on:

  • Our Google Drive account: protected by two-factor authentication

We do not sell or share your data with any third parties.

We value your privacy and limit data retention.
All personal data (including photos, messages, voice notes and videos) is permanently deleted within 5 days after the successful delivery of your memory book.

  • Request deletion of your data at any time

Such requests can be made directly via WhatsApp or email.

5. Data from Minors
